Our Senior Management

Sanjay Sharma, PhD
FOUNDER AND CHAIRMAN
Sanjay provides strategic and tactical guidance to GreenPoint senior management and serves as client ombudsman. His career in the financial services industry spans three decades during which he has held investment banking and C-level risk management positions at Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Moody’s, and Natixis. Sanjay is the author of “Risk Transparency” (Risk Books, 2013), Data Privacy and GDPR Handbook (Wiley, 2019), and co-author of “The Fundamental Review of Trading Book (or FRTB) – Impact and Implementation” (Risk Books, 2018).
Sanjay was the Founding Director of the RBC/Hass Fellowship Program at the University of California at Berkeley and has served as an advisor and a member of the Board of Directors of UPS Capital (a Division of UPS). He has also served on the Global Board of Directors for Professional Risk International Association (PRMIA).
Sanjay holds a PhD in Finance and International Business from New York University and an MBA from the Wharton School of Business and has undergraduate degrees in Physics and Marine Engineering. As well as being a regular speaker at conferences, Sanjay actively teaches postgraduate level courses in business and quantitative finance at EDHEC (NICE, France), Fordham, and Columbia Universities.

Ken Burns
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Ken serves as Managing Director for GreenPoint Financial, combining an extensive credit union industry network with proven financial services and marketing automation expertise. He brings over 30 years of credit union experience, having held roles as a credit union auditor, CFO, Executive VP, CEO, and industry speaker.
Throughout his career, Ken demonstrated a deep understanding of financial management, regulatory compliance, and strategic leadership. His proficiency in marketing automation has enabled credit unions to streamline operations and enhance customer engagement. Ken’s unique blend of expertise and experience has earned him a reputation as a trusted advisor and thought leader in the credit union industry.
He has been instrumental in fostering growth and innovation within the organizations he has served. Ken’s commitment to excellence and his forward-thinking approach continue to drive the company towards achieving its strategic goals.

Harish Julka
CTO & COO
Harish Julka is a prominent technology leader currently serving as the CTO and COO at GreenPoint Global. He is responsible for leading the technology and development team, overseeing the global development of various internal and client systems, including notable products in education and FinTech such as TG, LiborExpress, CECL Express, GreenCap, and ALMIQ. His expertise extends to managing technical RFI/RFP bid responses and collaborating with clients to transform their visions into actionable requirements and software products. His comprehensive role includes managing time, cost, software, and cloud requirements, as well as team size and structure.
With over 25 years of experience, Harish has worked extensively in the U.S. and U.K., handling systems from conception through development to delivery and maintenance. His most recent project involved building a web-based workflow management system for cash flow at Credit Suisse, which included various levels of approvals, states, and notifications.
Harish holds several academic qualifications, including a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Information Systems from ITM Mumbai, a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from Mumbai University, and an Engineering Diploma from the Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education in India.

Yu Dai
Global Head of Quantitative Analysis
Yu Dai is a senior quantitative analyst at GreenPoint Global, specializing in functional implementation, product design, and financial model validation. At the intersection of quantitative analytics and practical system design, she plays a key role in projects across CECL, Asset Liability Management (ALM), and GreenCap risk solutions—translating regulatory requirements and market needs into scalable, effective financial tools.
Yu brings deep expertise in validating complex risk and pricing models, including CECL methodologies, interest rate and derivative pricing models, and LIBOR fallback frameworks. Her work often bridges business requirements with quantitative rigor—designing tools, prototypes, and workflows that enhance transparency, usability, and regulatory compliance. She has led functional implementation efforts for major system transitions, including SWIFT payment migration and RFR curve construction, delivering end-to-end documentation and post-deployment support.
With a strong foundation in financial engineering and market risk analysis, Yu combines technical fluency with a user-centered approach to product design. She holds an MS in Quantitative Mathematics from Fordham University’s Gabelli School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Materials Science from Zhejiang University, where she received recognition for innovation and student leadership. Fluent in English and Mandarin, she continues to develop solutions at the convergence of financial modeling, product strategy, and operational execution.

Yongxue Zhou
Senior Quantitative Analyst - Credit unions
Yongxue Zhou brings a unique combination of technical expertise and strategic insight, with specialized skills in quantitative finance, database, CECL implementation, and asset-liability management. Proficient in Python, Excel VBA, and advanced financial modeling, Yongxue is adept at risk analytics, scenario design, and model development. Core strengths include credit risk modeling, interest rate risk analysis, and sustainable finance solutions.
With a robust academic and professional foundation in finance, Yongxue Zhou holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and a Master’s degree in Quantitative Finance from the University of Maryland. Yongxue is also a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM), with a strong commitment to quantitative analysis, regulatory compliance, and strategic financial management.
Yongxue specializes in the Current Expected Credit Losses (CECL) framework, bringing in-depth expertise across its various components — including data architecture, scenario design, model development and validation, and regulatory reporting. Yongxue supports CECL implementation, aligning institutional objectives with evolving regulatory standards and risk tolerance requirements.
In addition, Yongxue has conducted advanced research focusing on the financial performance of credit unions and banks, with a particular emphasis on asset-liability management (ALM) and interest rate risk modeling. These efforts have enhanced strategic decision-making by enabling more accurate simulation and scenario planning in dynamic rate environments.
